Yes. Every Agent plan customer — new or existing — gets Hanover Discovery bundled in at no additional charge, for as long as you stay on the Agent plan. There's nothing extra to set up or activate. Discovery normally costs $350/month as a standalone subscription.

Essentials is now called Agent. The name is the only thing that changed on your side: the price, your five included admin users, and every feature you already had stay exactly the same. Existing Essentials customers move across automatically and pick up Hanover Discovery free as part of the change — there's nothing to sign or re-purchase.

A 'user' in this case refers to an employees Hanover log-in which is typically linked to a specific email address. Each Hanover package includes 5 users and any additional users are charged at a per monthly user rate.

Within your Hanover CRM instance, there will be a tab called 'Billing' on the left hand side menu. This allows you to see your current billing plan and number of users and purchase additional users.

For Hanover Sponsor, there is a one off set up fee due to the time required to link a sponsor system to SEVIS and go through the steps to have credentials approved.

We review our monthly subscription costs on an annual basis, and provide a 3 month notice period for any price rises.

Bespoke development projects need to go through an approval process to ensure the Hanover team feel we have the capacity to deliver on the development, and that the development fits within the overall strategy for Hanover. Once that is cleared, a proposal and pricing will be sent the client for the build. Once signed off the build will be delivered as outlined in the proposal.
